From humble beginnings, Evoke Wellness has grown into a renowned behavioral health company spanning from Florida, Massachusetts, Ohio, Texas, Illinois, and further expansion coming soon.*Job Description: *We have a wonderful Full-Time opportunity to join our Evoke Wellness at Hilliard team as a Licensed Assessment Clinician.The primary function of this position is to provide client diagnosis, presenting problems, and treatment/recovery goals. The clinician is also responsible for evaluating the clients' level of readiness and motivation to engage in treatment.*Job Responsibilities** Provides behavioral health screenings and assessments with clients* Performs safety assessments* Provides treatment planning in coordination with the client, family, and other key team members.* Documents assessments and treatment plans timely, clearly, and concisely in the electronic health record per Evoke standards that comply with all accrediting regulatory agencies* Maintains all records and patient information in a confidential manner according to Evoke standards.* Collaborates and coordinates with internal Evoke departments to assure appropriate services are utilized for optimum client care.* Actively participates in staff trainings/meetings.*Skills/Abilities:** Communication* Time management skills* Problem-solving* Crisis intervention* Ability to work onsite* Knowledge of EMR system, Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)*License/Certification: *Licensure to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling in the State of Ohio.*Education/Work Experience*:* Master's degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution.* Experience in mental health and addiction environments*Job Type:* Full-time* We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
