*PER DIEM SLP HOME CARE POSITION AVAILABLE IN MANHATTAN*Outreach PT, OT, and SLP is a *well-established, highly reputed private practice* that has been serving *older adults in New York for over 20 years.* We specialize in providing *in-home outpatient rehabilitation* to individuals who may not be able to attend an outpatient clinic or prefer to receive therapy at home.
