With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, National Beef could become your next career move!To be considered for this position, we ask that you attach a resume.Competitive wages and benefits:Competitive wagesWeekly Perfect Attendance Bonus of $2.50 per hour availableCompany Paid Life, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability Insurances401k after 1 year with 100% match up to 4% of contributionMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance effective 1st day of month following first full month of employment with option to select High deductible policy with flex spend or HSAPaid vacation, sick time and holidaysOvertime available after 40 hours per work weekResponsibilities:Industrial HVAC Maintenance Technician position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work closely with plant operations and maintenance staff, and will report directly to the plant Maintenance SupervisorOperate plant Refrigeration system that supplies the flat product freezersMonitor and start the Refrigeration system, to have ready for morning production dailyMonitor necessary refrigeration and HVAC work orders to ensure plant refrigeration and HVAC systems are well maintainedMaintain records for all refrigeration equipment pertaining to the flat product freezersUnderstand and assist with plant Wastewater equipment and upkeepAssist with other production equipment repairs and PM'sMust be willing to work longer hours if necessary to support productionOther duties as assignedThis is a safety sensitive position. This position is an on-site remote.Qualifications:Qualified candidates for the Industrial HVAC Maintenance Technician position should possess the following:Familiar with maintenance work order systemsEPA 608 Universal Certificate (or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)Experience with screw compressors and screw compressor maintenanceExperience with pumps and piping systemsMicrosoft Office - Including Excel, Word, and Power-PointFiling/Organizational SkillsSelf-Motivated, Self-Directed, Self-StarterAbility to Multi-TaskAbility to read prints and drawingsAbility to reach out to and communicate with refrigeration vendors to assist with refrigeration projects and repairsWillingness to take job related classes and continue refrigeration/HVAC training as necessaryHelpful Experience:Experience working on industrial ammonia/refrigeration systemsExperience with troubleshooting low/high voltage systemsApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.Company Overview:National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
