You'll enjoy a rewarding career as part of our team, as well as the reward of a *$20,000 sign-on bonus.**Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability and critical limits* Calibrate laboratory instrumentation, complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions and evaluate new equipment and techniques* Perform, evaluate and record quality control and institute corrective actions* Take part in proficiency sample testing* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public*Qualifications: ** Bachelor of science in medical technology or related field; or high school graduate with 50-week military training as medical lab specialist; or graduate of an approved medical laboratory or clinical laboratory training program* 1 to 3 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred* MLT (ASCP) or ability to obtain within 12 months* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required*Find your inspiration.*Team players, leaders, innovators, nurturers, educators, advocates, people with character"”these are the people we hire at Inspira.
