Property Damage Field Claims Supervisor

Gojob is hiring Field Claims Supervisor for an auto insurance company located in Phoenix, AZ.Responsibilities:Oversee all incoming property damage estimates from Staff and Independent Adjusters, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Manage the Average Property Damage Payments metric to maintain an acceptable Loss Ratio for your territory and the department.Ensure timely resolution of property damage claims by managing the Average Days to Close to ensure speedy resolution for customers.Supervise field claims personnel. Provide Training during our New Adjuster Training Class as well as follow-up training for established adjusters.Conduct internal and field audits of Physical Damage processes, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Performance will be evaluated based on the quality of work produced by your unit.Manage Collision & Comprehensive claim payments by territory and department, including oversight of the Total Loss process within Cognos.Maintain relationships with PD-related vendors and oversee Claims Survey results in your territoryQualifications:Education: High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years Personal Lines auto adjusting, and appraisal estimates required (candidates without this experience but at least 2 years of supervisory experience will be considered). ICAR designation and/or Body Shop management experience strongly preferredSkills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of people, strong adjusting and negotiation skills, Microsoft Office, Windows 95 or above, AS 400, internet browsing and typing 30 WPM.Knowledge: Claims Best Practices & litigation guidelines, Tort laws in AZ, DOI regulations and their Fair Claims Practice Act.Able to travel: Must have valid Driver's License and be approved by our Insurance Carrier to operate a company vehicle and willing to travel and work outside the office observing their staff in the field and auditing work product at area body shops.At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
