Accounts Payable Manager

Hamister Group, LLC, located in downtown Buffalo, is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager. Reporting to the VP & Controller, the selected candidate will oversee the AP staff and ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices.Responsibilities:• Supervise and work with current AP staff to code and process payables.• Provide guidance and consistency in general ledger expense account usage and reporting.• Refine and formalize processes and procedures related to accounts payable.• Administration of a third-party invoice management systemQualifications:• Five (5) years of related accounting experience.
