Income Tax Manager - Hybrid

Overview:This position plays an integral role in meeting income tax responsibilities and development and execution of tax strategies. Our Business Services team supports a diverse group of growing entities with a wide variety of tax questions and opportunities. This position reports directly to the Head of Income Tax and is involved with the full cycle of the tax process for the Clark Associates companies and shareholders.This role is primarily remote, with on-site visits to our Lancaster, PA campus required once per quarter.Responsibilities:Collaborate with other Finance and Accounting leadersReview timely prepared and accurate income tax and/or informational returns and extensions for pass-through entities and individualsDevelop tax planning strategies for entities and individualsImplement and Identify opportunities to manage tax liabilities, including state & local incentivesDemonstrate continuous improvement thru learning activities that enhance technical expertise and apply concepts to current projectsDevelop and implement continuous tax process improvements and automationResearch and analyze solutions for complex tax issues (federal, state, and/or local)Oversee tax compliance related to property tax, business licenses, and annual reportsAssist in cashflow planning for tax distributionsOther projects as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeCPA and/or Master's in Accounting or TaxAble to think critically, work accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently as well as within a teamStrong understanding of taxation for S-Corps, Partnerships, LLC's, and individualsProficiency with MS Excel expectedProficiency with CCH ProSystem fx Tax, BNA Fixed Assets, and Bloomberg Tax desired4+ years of experience desiredWhat We Offer:We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental insurance, dependent care program options, wellness programs, gym membership reimbursement, and a 401k with company match.
