Director of Finance

*About Andwell:*At Andwell, you don't just work here, you belong.Being a part of the team at Andwell Health Partners means belonging to a community of people with purpose, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of those we serve by providing innovative and compassionate health care in the comfort of their homes and communities.* Stability - An employer of choice for 50 years.* Centralized HR, IT, education, and employee experience departments for improved support.* Culture of inclusion: A welcoming environment that values diversity and fosters teamwork.*What You'll Do:** Assists with annual operating and capital budget working in cooperation with program directors and executive leadership.* Preparation and analysis of monthly internal financial statements identifying and reporting variances and trends to include maintaining Account Analysis Reports.* Maintaining insurance policies to protect assets of organization including managing relationships with third parties, preparation of insurance applications and maintaining appropriate records.* Oversight of Finance, Payroll and Procurement staff.* Monthly revenue and AR analysis, to include Bad Debt Allowances.* Oversight of AP function, expense reporting and general ledger maintenance.* Prepare analysis and provide education as requested or needed by program directors and managers.* Monitor cash position to assure that funds are available to cover operational needs, balances bank statements with cash accounts.*What You'll Bring: ** Bachelor's degree in financial field required.
