Job Title: Senior Product ManagerLocation: Dallas/Plano, TX (Onsite 4-5 days per week)Duration: 6-month contract with conversion to Full-Time Employee (FTE) after 6 monthsWe have a great new opportunity to support one of our clients in a contract capacity!Please see below for more information on the position and if interested apply with an updated resume aligned to the needs of the role.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizations strategic goals.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, ensuring it's well-organized, prioritized, and up-to-date.Scrum Leadership: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Work closely with development teams to ensure that user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and understood.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and measure product performance, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Agile Advocacy: Champion Agile methodologies and practices within the organization.Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and functionality.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Product Management certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Product Owner).Scrum Leadership: Proven experience in leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.Technical Background: Prior experience as a senior software developer, manager of software development, or solution architect.Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Software Tools: Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Key Competencies:Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.-CorGTA is an equal opportunity employer, please apply with an updated resume and ensure the required skills you are able to speak to for this position are included.For more roles like this please go to
