Senior will implement, and maintain custom data and analytic reporting to provide insight intoand facilitate the day to day operations of Electric Operations - Substation.• Facilitates monthly and weekly metrics reporting related to Bentley APM System performance• Determines data needs, collects data, selects from different analytical techniques to conductroot cause analysis, determine issues designs and maintains operational tools and reports• Creates complex and automated data routines and processes for reporting and data deliveryensuring accurate data transformation• Design data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, analyze data, write clear andconcise data findings using power queries and power BI reporting• May Assist in coaching and developing less experienced staff and end users• Understands business process needs and develops solutions• Work Execution and Operational support, ability to be on-site 2-3 days per week in Oakland, CA or San Ramon, CA.Minimum:• 5 years relevant business experience• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science/Information• PG&E Business Systems, SAP• Advance excel skills (Power Pivots & Tables, V Look up, etc)• Advance in Microsoft BI stack including PowerView and PowerPivot; PowerBI, DAX• Advance in MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint• Experience with metrics/dashboard creation, reporting, and presenting data• Experience working with data stored across multiple databases/data sources• Advanced statistical, modeling, and process improvement knowledge• Advanced reporting knowledge and experience with multiple reporting tools• Demonstrated experience in data visualization best practices using power BI• Ability to work independently and part of a team• Ability to keep pace and contribute to a high performing team• Self-Starter• Advanced problem-solving skills and data analysis skills• Familiarity with utility operationJob Type: ContractPay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hourExpected hours: 75 per weekSchedule:* 8 hour shiftPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyAbility to Commute:* Oakland, CA (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Oakland, CA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
