Relationship Banker

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) III - a true Universal Banker - at our Lincoln Way East Office. As an FSR III, one will be equipped to assist customers for their transactional, account, and personal lending needs. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers. This individual will open consumer accounts and serve as a back up to open business accounts. Finally, this individual engages customers and prospects in loan conversations and takes loan applications, all while ensuring customers understand and sign all required application and closing documents and disclosures.The pay rate for this position generally starts between $18 and $20 an hour.This full-time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.
