Credit Administrator

Gensco currently has an amazing opportunity available to join our Credit Team in Vancouver, WA as a Credit Administrator! If you are looking to grow your career in Credit with a highly successful, family-owned company that is a recognized industry leader, then Gensco may be the right fit for you!Schedule - Monday-Friday 8am-5pmFull Time - starting pay range $22-$27 per hour based on experienceDuties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service - pull required credit information for applicants to provide to Gensco Credit Managers for review.Respond in a timely manner to Customer related issues as requested by Gensco Credit Managers and Customers.Customer Credit - respond to Customer billing questions and research Customer payment disputes.Respond to Customer requests such as: requests for credit references, refund requests, write sales tax credits upon request, set up Customer cash and credit accounts.Pull all supporting documents on new & existing accounts.Communicate with Sales and Branches concerning invoice reprints, missing invoices, statement reprints, proof of deliveries, updates on Customer information.Email upon request from the Customer or Gensco Team Member payment ledgers, orders, sales history, and/or cash receipts history.Education/Experience/SkillsAA degree preferredThree years related experienceDesire to work directly with Customers with a customer service-oriented approach and respond to requests with a sense of urgencyDemonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a multi-task environmentProactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriatelyAble to work as a member of a team and promote teamworkStrong time management skills, ability to prioritize and follow throughPositive approach toward challenging situationsEfficiently operate computer terminal, calculator, 10-key, and other office machines and proficient in personal computer word processing, spreadsheet, email programsAble to work sitting or standing and to move freely throughout the facilityAbout GenscoGensco, Inc. is a successful HVAC wholesale distributor and manufacturer doing business in the Northwest for over 75 years.
