Director - Client Services, US Fund AdministrationHybrid-West Orange, NJ or Wilmington, DEMonday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern TimeCandidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.Some of the things you will be doing:Manage client relationships including onboarding new clients, review of fund documents, fund set up, and renewals of existing client engagementsUnderstand clients' business to identify opportunities for additional fund services and cross selling of other CSC productsReview accounting records, financial statements, and support schedules, including waterfall calculations (GAAP & OCBOA)Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468Review capital call & distribution calculations and lettersAssist as needed with internal teams with all client deliverablesEnsure that best practices are used by client service team and look for process improvementsStaffing/resource allocation for client service teamCareer development and talent management of team membersManage special projects as requiredExtensive on the job trainingInternal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.)What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?BS Degree in Accounting-CPA or CPA candidate preferred12+ years' experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting and 7+ years of supervisory experienceWorking knowledge of US GAAPThorough understanding of key terms of fund documentsAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)Private equity accounting software experience a plusAble to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlinesExperience delegating, training, and supervising multiple staffExperience managing multiple client relationshipsStrong professional verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBusiness Development and driving organic growth a plusThe ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams and achieving high profitability goalsRobust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsProject management experienceExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCreative and agile, leader who thinks outside of the box#LI-SP1#HYBRID#INDP
