This role is responsible for successfully managing and deploying medium-to-large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will provide leadership in managing resources and ensuring the delivery of project milestones per the project plan. You will work independently and exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing project issues by documenting and tracking issues to closure. You will utilize ID Logistics-approved project management tools to manage project scope, schedule, and issues and report project status to all levels of management.Work Location: This role will need to be within a commutable distance of St. Petersburg, FL.Work Schedule: First Shift - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.Work Travel: Up to 10% work travel.Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $115,000 - $125,000 plus a performance-based bonus, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.Responsibilities:Establish and lead effective project meetings to keep projects on track.Act as the primary IT point of contact for ID Logistics customers, managing expectations, gathering requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution.Provide executive summaries and project updates to IDL leadership, ensuring transparency on key milestones, risks, and overall progress.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear timelines, scope, and resource allocation.Facilitate risk management and issue resolution, proactively identifying obstacles and ensuring timely resolution.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to align project objectives with company goals.Ensure seamless communication, providing clear, structured updates to stakeholders at all levels.Drive continuous improvement, refining project methodologies, documentation, and best practices.The IT Project Manager will oversee a variety of IT initiatives, ranging from internal system maintenance to customer-facing enhancements. These include:Internal IT Projects: Collaborate with the IT department to schedule and manage system maintenance tasks, including server, laptop, and tool rebuilds.Operational Improvements: Partner with the Operations team to implement continuous improvement initiatives in Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Customer Onboarding & Integration: Work with customers to onboard new trade partners using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).Customer-Requested Enhancements: Manage and implement system enhancements requested by customers, ensuring seamless integration with OMS, WMS, and TMS platforms.Project Transparency & Reporting: Maintain transparency through client-facing dashboards that track project progress and completion status.Why Join Us?Work in a forward-thinking company that values creativity and continuous improvement.
