Here's what you'll be doing:Refine and drive Salesforce Platform vision and strategy to align with overall Company objectivesLead project-based work as a Salesforce subject matter expertDesign, develop, maintain and customize Salesforce instances including Sales and Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing CloudCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and present solutions on the Salesforce platformProvide technical guidance on which Salesforce customization option align with overall Company objectivesManage ongoing configuration and enhancement of the system to support Company objectives and initiativesLead implementation of new initiates and major enhancements.Execute system configuration changes and builds, both in Sales Cloud and Digital ExperiencesLead the development team on custom development efforts, both in Sales Cloud and Digital ExperiencesConduct market and user research to identify user needsPrioritize the product roadmap based on Company and user needsStrategize and present ideas to stakeholdersFunction as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholdersKeep internal teams, customers, and stakeholders informed of the status of the Salesforce Platform integrations and enhancementsProvide direct correspondence and support for customer inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-faceAssist internal team members with inquiries or issues related to SalesforceCreate presentations, educate and train clients, stakeholders and/employeesProactively identifying areas of improvement and prioritizing backlogAdjusting and improving each iteration of the product before releaseAll other duties as assignedNextek is committed to helping you reach your career's maximum altitude.
