A reputable hospital located in Brooklyn, NY is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a 3-month contract-to-hire assignment._Pay:_ $70-$75/hour_Schedule: _Evening Shift (5p-12a, alternating weekends) / Night Shift (12a-8p, alternating weekends)_Start Date: _03/03/25*Duties Include:** Assumes shift responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on the unit.* Carries Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values and the overall strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, budgeting, financial management and quality management on the unit.* Promotes the health system service standards and creates a patient focused caring environment while addressing and meeting the individual needs of the patient.* Fosters an environment of collaboration and respect with physician colleagues, nurses and other healthcare team members.*Requirements:** Master's Degree in Nursing required* Current NYS RN License* Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience including previous supervisory or ADON experience#INDEEDTHJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hourSchedule:* Evening shift* Night shift* Rotating weekendsApplication Question(s):* What is the best phone number and email to contact you?Work Location: In person
