Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient)

They pride ourselves on fostering a supportive workplace where both the team and patients feel valued.*Key Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.* Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services.* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.* Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.* Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.* Build strong relationships with patients to promote long-term health and wellness.*Requirements** Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited program.* Active Nurse Practitioner license in NY and board certification.* 1-2 years of NP experience in an outpatient, primary care, or specialty setting.* Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent communication and patient education skills._Please note- The annual base salary range is $120k to $150k.
