We invite you to connect with your calling, find purpose in your career, and gain lifelong relationships through the power of human connection by transforming the lives of seniors!The Regional Director of Skilled Nursing and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) is responsible for the overall clinical management of the skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care (CCRC) component of multiple Benchmark communities. The RDRC is responsible for supporting resident care, resident programming, and compliance with federal (Medicare), state regulations and Benchmark policy. This position promotes and integrates the mission and philosophy of Benchmark Senior Living in the development and support of skilled nursing, assisted living guidelines, policy, and procedures, risk management, talent development and ongoing quality improvement (QAPI) programs. The RDRC provides clinical oversight for the skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care neighborhoods; is always resident and family focused and striving toward excellence in community service and profitability. This position will support 2 locations in CT and 3 in MA.Responsibilities• Sets standards for resident service delivery including recommendation on staffing levels, roles, and responsibilities, pricing strategies, program differentiation and implementation• Monitors assisted living and memory care resident levels of care and service provisions• Close collaboration with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO)and other regional partners to support the region's operational goals• Demonstrates expertise in clinical skills and nursing judgement within their scope of practice• Monitors quality care outcome measures across the region and designs programs to address system improvement opportunities• Demonstrates innovative, entrepreneurial thinking in response to competitive trends and business development opportunities. Manages and builds ancillary partner relationships• Lead QAPI projects to enhance resident outcomes and customer satisfaction• Serve as subject matter expert in the development of guidelines, standards, and practices for skilled nursing service delivery• Perform routine audits of resident clinical records to validate compliance with regulations and Benchmark standards.• Participates in development/implementation of new clinical systems to ensure best practices are followed• Provide clinical subject matter expertise and consultation with community teams on complex resident care needs• Validate community compliance with weekly resident "at risk" meetings• Collaborate with Risk Management to identify and mitigate potential clinical risks within the region.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in nursing required (master's degree preferred)• Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License for states within assigned region• 5+ years demonstrated, successful operations experience specific to skilled nursing required, independent, assisted, CCRC communities preferred• Valid driver's license• Valid Nursing Home Administrators' License preferredAs a Home Office associate at Benchmark, you will have immediate access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following:• 10 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday• Vacation and Health & Wellness Paid Time Off• Tuition Reimbursement Program• Physical & Mental Health Wellness Programs• Medical, Vision & Dental Benefits provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield• 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match• Long Term Care Insurance• Company-provided Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability
