Cortica is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis Assessor to join its growing team!You will primarily be conducting ABA Assessments across the different centers within your area. You may also be required to do case supervision and/or parent training. All Cortica employment decisions are made based on an individual's qualifications and ability to successfully perform the job responsibilities.What will you do?Complete Assessment and Treatment plans across area centers following Cortica's clinical model, BACB and insurance guidelinesAfter the assessment is completed, collaborate with the BCBA who will be taking over the case on the transition.Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod, as neededMaintain weekly productivity expectationsMeet with Area Director regularly to review scheduled hours and ensure productivity target is metParticipate in insurance authorization reviews as neededWork on other duties and priorities at the discretion of your direct supervisorPrioritize and assist in the implementation of safety initiativesLive Cortica's core values, leading by example for other teammatesIn this role you are occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.In this role you must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.We'd love to hear from you if:You possess a master's degree in a Human Services or related field.You possess a current BCBA certification.You have working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.You are eager and willing to travel to clinic/center sites to ensure operational excellence.You bring some field work experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families.
