Come Grow with Us in the Frisco area!We're looking for a Financial In-Store Banker for our financial center inside the H-E-B flagship store in Prosper.As a Financial In-Store Banker (Financial Center Consultant II), you will work ourmembers to find the best solutions to fit their financial needs and introducethem to the choices they have to do their banking in ways that are mostconvenient for them. We will look to you to create an outstanding memberexperience, expand relationships with EECU members and acquire newrelationships by providing needs-based products and services. This position isconsidered a banker and will be performing in-store sales and importantadministrative activities.The Financial Banker will support the locations inFrisco and Plano. The position needs to be flexible and easily transitionbetween roles, and responsibilities. And to help you grow in your current role, you'll benefit fromone-on-one coaching and training programs to help you excel, build new skillsor take on additional responsibility.Qualified candidate will possess the following skillsand knowledge:- One to Three years' experiencein retail and/or financial industry or related field.- Must be an excellentcommunicator both oral and written, knowledge of credit union products, andsales skills.- Must have interpersonal skills,show empathy, active listening skills, effective communication, confidence,flexibility, and optimism.-Able to work extended hours andmultiple Saturdays. Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm, Closed Sundays. Flexibility in working other financial centers wheneverrequired or requested by management. Hourly rate position with monthly incentives.-Must be capable of regular,reliable, and timely attendance.-Perform responsibilities withcomposure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy andquality and/or fast pace.-Effectively handle multiple,simultaneous, and changing priorities.
