Summit Healthcare Group is looking for a Multi-Site QAPI Process Management Nurse to join our team!Location: Summit Healthcare Group: Gillespie Health and Rehab Center (Gillespie), Lakeside Health and Rehab Center (Carlinville)Job Type: Full-Time Monday-FridaySummit Healthcare Group is looking to add a Multi-Site Quality and Compliance Nurse to our team!Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Site Quality and Compliance Nurse to join our team and oversee quality assurance and compliance efforts across two long-term care facilities. This position will assist our facilities with processes such as wounds, falls, skin, psychotropics, and weight management under the direction and guidance of our facility Directors of Nursing. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to contribute to ongoing process improvements, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and provide leadership in the delivery of high-quality care for Lakeside Health and Rehab Center and Gillespie Health and Rehab Center!Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage quality assurance processes for two long-term care facilities.Assist with processes such as wounds, falls, skin, psychotropics, and weight management.Implement, monitor, and improve compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.Lead efforts for continuous quality improvement, including identifying trends, conducting audits, and developing action plans.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care practices are followed consistently across both buildings.Prepare and support facilities for inspections, surveys, and audits.Educate staff on best practices, regulatory updates, and quality standards.Address and resolve issues related to patient care quality, safety, and compliance in a timely manner.Qualifications:Registered Nurses (RN) are preferred, but Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement, preferably in a long-term care setting.In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirementsStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams.Ability to analyze data and trends to improve care quality and outcomes.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to travel between two sites as required.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and training.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Health, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off and retirement plans.If you are passionate about improving care quality, ensuring compliance, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of long-term care residents, we want to hear from you!
