ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.Now Hiring: Physical TherapistPosition Type: Full-TimeLocation: The CORE Institute, 13995 W Statler Blvd #165, Surprise, AZ 85374Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for full-time hiresOverview:The CORE Institute is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient Orthopedics role at our Surprise, AZ clinic. This physician-owned practice proudly serves the local community, offering a general orthopedics caseload.You will be part of a collaborative team of PTs, PTAs, and PT Technicians providing exceptional care.Caseload / Patient Population:• Patients span all age groups with various outpatient diagnoses.• This is an ideal role for PTs interested in developing a broad knowledge of general outpatient orthopedics, with opportunities to specialize if desired.• Evaluations range between 30-60 minutes, and follow-ups are scheduled at 30-minute intervals.Work Schedule:• Monday - Friday, with shifts starting as early as 6:30 am and ending by 6:00 pm.• Flexible work schedule based on clinic and PT needs.• No weekends and no holidays.Compensation:• Annual salary in the range of $70,000 - $95,000, based on experience.• Compensation includes:• Loan forgiveness• Relocation bonuses and/or sign-on bonuses• Production-based bonus system to enhance the overall package.Sample Benefits:• Medical Ancillary Benefits with company contribution• 401K with company match• Bonus Opportunities• CME Allowances (Continuing Education)• Paid time off and Paid Sick Leave• Loan forgiveness bonuses, relocation, and sign-on options available.Job Requirements:• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.• Eligible for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist.• Full-time availability is required.• New Graduate PTs are welcome.Learn More:Contact: Jennifer DahlinPhone: (414) 939-5870 (call or text)Email: The CORE Institute:Founded in 2005, The CORE Institute began as a three-physician practice dedicated to redefining orthopedic care.
