Seattle Radiology is located on a narrow strip of land between the salt waters of the Puget Sound and the fresh waters of Lake Washington, Seattle is known for its bustling waterfront, lush evergreen forests and the picturesque backdrop of the San Juan Islands. Just beyond the water are two rugged mountain ranges, the Olympics to the west and the Cascades to the east.We're an Outpatient Imaging Center, located near downtown Seattle in the Nordstrom Tower. Our facility is open Monday-Friday. We're hiring for a full time X-Ray Technologist. Monday-Friday/ Day shift. No weekend or call work.Compensation:The salary range is $34.72/hour to $52.95/hour. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The compensation listed is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.Position Hours:Monday- Friday/Day Shift.Benefits:up to $5k sign on bonus2 Medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, life, and LTDHSA and FSA availableA 401(k)-employer match, with a profit-sharing componentUp to 21 paid days off per year8 paid holidays annuallyLife and disability insuranceFree onsite parkingLearning opportunities through professional development programsEducational AssistanceService bonus eligibleDiscretionary annual performance-based bonusPosition Summary:Properly performs X-Ray, Fluoroscopy and DEXA imaging to ACR standardsAbility to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imagingAssists radiologist with specialized proceduresPrepares sterile traysProperly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindicationsProvides patient care services in a professional and compassionate mannerOrganizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standardsAbility to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistanceQualifications and Requirements:Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of studyWashington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)One year of X-Ray experience preferredCurrent certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPRDemonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactionsTo request disability assistance in the application process, please contact Radia Human Resources at RadiaRadia is one of the largest and most progressive radiology groups in the nation.
