Position Overview:Behavioral Intervention for Autism is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator ensuring the recruitment and retention of top-tier BCBAs and RBTs/BTs, managing the onboarding and credentialing process, overseeing payroll, and maintaining the quality and performance of staff. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional ABA services.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Interviewing:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for BCBAs, BTs, and administrative staff, including job postings, screening, and conducting interviews.Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and ensure the best fit for each role.Onboarding & Credentialing:Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training.Oversee the credentialing process, ensuring all staff meet necessary certification and licensing requirements.Maintain and track all staff credentials to ensure compliance with ABA standards and regulations.Payroll Management:Process payroll, track employee hours, and ensure accurate and timely compensation.Resolve payroll-related issues and maintain confidentiality.Quality Management:Monitor staff performance and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of care.Provide support and development resources for BCBAs and BTs to enhance their skills and maintain compliance with industry regulations.Employee Relations:Address staff concerns, handle conflict resolution, and promote a positive and supportive work environment.Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities.Qualifications:Prior experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination roles is strongly preferred.Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and terminologyExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Benefits:Competitive salary.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company.A positive and supportive work environment with a dedicated team of professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
