We are seeking a PT who is enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of the clinic. Opportunities are available for both staff-level and Clinic Director roles.Caseload/Patient Population:• The caseload includes general orthopedics, treating patients of all ages with a focus on adults.• Specialty niches, such as pelvic health and womens health, are encouraged and supported based on the hired candidates preferences.• PTs typically see around 50 patient visits per week.Work Schedule:• Full-time position with Monday-Friday hours.• No weekends, no holidays.• Clinic hours:• Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm• Friday: 7 am - 12 pm• Excellent work/life balance is offered within this role.Compensation and Benefits:• Competitive salary based on experience, starting around $75,000 for new graduates, with higher compensation for experienced candidates.• Bonus program available based on individual performance.• Benefits include:• Health insurance• Paid time off• Paid holidays• Retirement plan• CEU reimbursement for professional development.Job Requirements:• Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.• No experience required New graduate PTs are encouraged to apply.• Full-time availability is required.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is a PT with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.
