Using collaborative documentation techniques with all documentation completed before leaving that dayCompletes Quarterly and Annual Reviews within required time frames.Participates in clinical, administrative and supervisory meetings; collaborates with other staff members concerning cases.Communicates with Probation Offices, Courts, Social Services, Physicians and other referring agencies regarding client status.Telephone communication with clients outside the clinical setting.Completes discharge summaries no more than 30 days after and accurately reflect progress towards treatment goals.Supports client reimbursement by properly authorizing services in required timeframe and discussing the requirement to pay at time of service with clients.Drug tests clients as needed basis or as directed.Performs other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Master's degree in Human Services or related field.LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP or LMHP license eligible.Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)1 year of experience in substance abuse and mental health.Valid Virginia driver's licenseEmployment with Encompass Community Supports is contingent upon the successful completion of our background check process (criminal, DMV, education, drug screening, reference check, DSS, OIG and SAM).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.Encompass Community Supports is an Equal Opportunity EmployerPosting Start : 02/04/2025
