Concierge Home Care is growing, and we are actively hiring a Director of Professional Services to lead our Bradenton, FL team!______________________________________________What is a Home Health Director of Professional Services?A Director of Professional Services establishes a business plan and fosters the development and alignment of internal and external partners to provide an environment driven by customer excellence.What does the Director of Professional Services do?The Director of Professional Services ensures quality and safe delivery of home health services, coordinates services that reflect the Agency's philosophy and standards of care, and is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Agency.Some of the position profiles include:Strategic Branch Leadership & Business Partnering: Establishes a branch business plan and fosters the development and alignment of Internal and External Partners.Coaching & Team Development: Recruits, selects, and hires an effective, qualified, and diverse team.
