As a substance use disorder professional, you'll serve as the primary contact with participants; responsible for screenings, evaluations, assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family counseling. The pay for this role is $31.50- $34.77 an hour.Requirements:Conducts a self-assessment of skill levels related to Substance Use Disorder Professional practice, collaborating closely with the Clinical Supervisor to strengthen identified areas and complete necessary training hours for SUDP certification.Provides individual and group counseling services to individuals enrolled in programs at THS and/or its affiliates.Serves as leader or co-leader of therapy groups.Performs intake interviews/assessments as required.Develops and implements treatment plans and concurrent treatment plan reviews reflecting the participant's perspective.Ensures prompt, accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notations, and preparation of treatment contracts, letters, referrals, and discharge summaries.Provides advocacy, case management, information and referral services, and wrap-around services in an outpatient setting.Assists in resolving participant's issues, as they relate to staffing decisions.
