Our trustworthiness, professional and enhanced quality of security services is richly complimented by the fact that several of our key customers have retained us for more than 15 years while some have entrusted their safety with us for the past 20 years.*Position Summary:*An Device Provisioning Technician is responsible for problem solving by conducting quality and diagnostic test to identify and repair hardware and/or software faults, other responsibilities of this role include but not limited to triage, inventory tracking of mobile devices and data entry.The information given below is intended to provide an understanding of the workload associated with the Device Provisioning Technician position, you may be required to carry out other duties appropriate to the position. This job description through business reasons may be altered as needed to meet the changing needs of the Company.*General Duties/Key Responsibilities:** Setup IT assets, including mobile phones, tablets, and related equipment.* Perform hands-on tasks to prepare devices for use, such as attaching labels, installing SIM cards, applying screen protectors, installing protective cases, installing updates, and configuring settings.* Adhere to established processes and timelines for daily activities.* Enter and update information in asset management and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.* Perform quality assurance checks to ensure devices are configured according to specifications.* Assist with the packing of outgoing IT assets, ensuring items are packaged securely and according to schedule.* Report any inventory discrepancies or device provisioning issues promptly, and assist with their resolution.· Perform other duties as required.*Required Skills/Abilities:** High School Diploma or Equivalent* 10 year of employment history, with 5 years' verifiable recent history* Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT or logistics role.* Familiarity with mobile phones, tablets, and related IT equipment.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.* Must pass pre-employment drug test* Ensure compliance with all Company standard operating procedures and policies* Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and federal, state and local standards* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and federal, state and local standards* Ability to read, legibly write, speak English as necessary for safe and efficient operations* Ability to pass a comprehensive background check process in compliance with Federal and regulatory guidelines*Physical Demands and Work Environment:*The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
