With the utilization of our unique synergistic approach to therapy we can accelerate the development process.Duties/Responsibilities:Creates simulated conditions to observe the behavior of each clientFormulates appropriate treatment plans that are sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needsAdministers treatment and tailor interventions as neededSuggests additional treatment by other professionals as requiredOperates within time, financial, and other resource constraintsRemains abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practicesAdvocates for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within societyRequired Skills/Abilities:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAble to act decisively and maintain client dignityProven work experience as a BCBA or similar roleHave very strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workersHave excellent leadership, and time management skillsAdhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCBA code of ethicsBe excited about the growth opportunities aheadHave a passion for researchLove to think outside the box to provide excellence in careEducation and Experience:Master's degree in Applied Behavior AnalysisLicensed BCBA in the State of MichiganWHAT WE OFFER:Employee discounts on childcare services at our affiliate company The Monarch Center for Child Development (conveniently located opposite our campus)Family-oriented work environment with an open-door policyGrowth opportunitiesVacation and Holiday payFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid short-term disability and life insurance, 401kCompetitive pay based on experienceThe Oxford Center...where healing begins!
