The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children in various settings. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support clients with behavioral challenges, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.*Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.* Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavioral interventions.* Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.* Stay updated on best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.*Experience** Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.* Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral health challenges.* Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.* Familiarity with special education frameworks and strategies.* Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes related to behavioral health.* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.We encourage candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children through effective behavioral interventions to apply for this rewarding position.Job Type: Full-timePay: $82,773.00 - $92,582.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Vision insuranceCompensation Package:* Hourly paySchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* No nightsEducation:* Master's (Preferred)Experience:* Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Oklahoma City, OK 73112: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
