Our team of LPNs enjoy the freedom of full-time or PRN work, uniquely able to float between different locations each week.On our team, your primary responsibility will be to cover weekly Priority Shifts.Responsibilities and PurposeProvide compassionate bedside care.Administer medications and meticulously document therapeutic outcomes.Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.Contribute to resident comfort and well-being.Collect samples and oversee catheter care.Provide guidance and coaching to fellow staff when needed.Required Experience and EducationCurrent and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.BenefitsWe offer competitive pay relative to experience.
