Overview:Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and salary ranging from $98,000 - $120,000 annually. Salary determinations will be based on similar experienceWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Health Services (DHS) to lead our nursing team at our Senior Living Community in Edina, MN. As the DHS, you will be responsible for the overall management and 24/7 oversight of nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest standards of care and service excellence.Nursing Leadership schedule includes;Full-time; 80 hours per two-week pay periodDay shiftsWeekend rotationGenerous and Full Benefits Package; (paid time off, matching retirement, wellness reimbursement program, medical, dental, college tuition reimbursement/direct pay assistance funds)RN student loan repayment, up to $10,000Why Vernon Terrace of Edina?
