This is a full-time, in person position Monday - Friday, 9-5.Qualifications of the Director of Nursing ( DON ):• 2+ years as a Director of Nursing ( DON ) or Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) at a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) with experience in leadership and nursing staff development• Clear understanding of procedures and patient care within a SNF setting• General understanding of budgeting and financial reporting• Valid degree in Nursing.
