F/T House Manager (Clinical Operations Manager); Brentwood, NY, USNon-exempt; Non-ManagementSalary range: $60,000 - $75,000Requisition ID: 2688The House Manager is responsible for supervising the delivery of care coordination services to an adult population with a history of substance abuse, some of whom have specialized needs (Ex. Chronic medical conditions, veterans and mental health). The House Manager assumes overall responsibility of the facility in the absence of both the Site Director and Clinical coordinator.Job Scope:Provide clinical case-management supervision to case managers of the Community Residence.Counseling and support to enhance clients' capacity to benefit from treatment regimen.Crisis intervention to assist clients in dealing with sanctions, barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.Engage in community outreach to locate appropriate clients & assist through enrollment process.Assessment and support services to facilitate access to specialized services e.g. Mental, Health, Social Security Disability, Veteran's Resources, etc.Assist in facilitating access to job training, job search activities, placement and stabilization.Advocacy and report of client activity.Adherence to agency protocols for maintenance and security of agency equipment.Act as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, participate in weekly case conference.Ensure accuracy of treatment plans, and the delivery of clinical services.Develop clinical programming appropriate to the needs of the population.Outreach provides an extensive array of benefits. Accomplishments against these goals will be a discussion point in the annual evaluation.Supervised by: Assistant Director in collaboration with Program DirectorQualificationsCASAC, CRC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW or higher preferred.2-3 Years of experience in substance abuse settingExperience providing clinical supervision on a residential settingExtensive knowledge of community resources available to clients who are diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, chronic medical conditions, and veteransUnwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluationAbility to manage, coach, and develop high-performance teams that achieve program objectivesAbility to work effectively in collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary teamAction-oriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planningPosition StatusThis is a full-time non-exempt position.For this Long Island, NY position the expected based salary is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00/ year.Our employees are the reason Outreach ranks among the most respected health and human services providers in New York City and Long Island.
