We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dispensing Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. This is a fast-paced retail office where you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients who need hearing amplification . You will work closely with patients to provide comprehensive audiological evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans. If you are passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry- Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids or other assistive listening devices- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing conservation, communication strategies, and the use of hearing aids- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careExperience:- Experience Fitting Hearing Aids in a Retail Private Practice setting, preferred.- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to the auditory systemSkills:- Excellent patient assessment skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient service- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment- Licensed Audiologist or HIS in the state of TX or ability to obtain.Job Type: Full-timePay: $82,813.00 - $89,811.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftAbility to Relocate:* Fort Worth, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
