By enhancing our properties and training techniques, we have made our managed hotels a better place for our guests to stay and a better place for our employees to work.Job Responsibilities:Perform account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, health benefit cost analysis, accruals and prepaid expensesPrepare monthly financial statements and assist with monthly, quarterly and year end closeRecord, classify and summarize financial transactions in accordance with GAAPPrepare necessary and accurate documentation for internal and external auditsank account and other account reconciliationsMaintain and ensure accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functionsWork with internal staff on accounting related issuesFile & reconcile monthly sales & use taxAssist with other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned by the ManagerQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required2-3 years of hands on accounting experience preferredStrong analytical and accounting skillsStrong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsIntermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook or similar programsMust be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environmentExperience with Oracle preferredPlease send your salary requirements when sending your resume/cover letter.INDSR
