Accounting AssociateVALiNTRY is currently seeking a reliable Accounting Associate for a contract position for theBaltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.Pay Range is between $30.00 to $40.00 per hour w2 , This position can compensate more depending on additional skills set that can be more valuable to the enterprise, don't hesitate to apply if you're a strong technical fit for this position.The "right" candidate will be able to complete the following with ease:Data entry (10 key) of receipts/tickets into systemAccount ReconciliationsAccounts PayablePurchase order trackingBillingShipping/ Receiving / sorting distributing daily mail deliveriesMicrosoft Office- (Word and Excel)The main areas of responsibility are:Receiving fuel orders into FMS and/or AS/400Coordinating the collection and collation of fuel ticketsEntering fuel tickets into systemEntering daily ending inventories into systemGenerating daily fuel close reportsReconciling and resolving variances in FMSMiscellaneous non-finance activities, including administrative supportQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
