You'll be focused on HNW clients but will also get some exposure to other areas like corporations and partnerships. The work here is complex, with a lot of variety"”think complicated 1040s, trust returns, and working with family groups.*What You'll Be Doing:*• Prepare and review complex tax returns for HNW clients.• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.• Help mentor and support Associates as they grow in their roles.*What experience you need:*• You've got a strong understanding of HNW returns and can jump right in.• You've got the experience to handle returns that take 20+ hours to complete.• You're comfortable managing returns from start to finish, including client communication and resolving open items.• Ideally, you're CPA-qualified or working toward it.They're serious about work-life balance.
