Part Time Bookkeeper

A local printing and marketing company is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online experience to join their team!Are you looking for a new challenge Come be a part of a company that depends on you to help keep them moving forward toward success!Responsibilities:* Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process* Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger* Bring the books to the trial balance stage* Perform partial checks of the posting process* Complete tax forms* Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements* Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely mannerRequirements:* Must have recent Quickbooks Experience* Proven bookkeeping experience w solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles* Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records* Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software* Proficiency in English and MS Office* Customer service orientation and negotiation skills* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail* Pass drug test and background check* Inside sales skills to include demonstrated follow up and timely communication.Schedule:* Part-Time Only* Monday- Friday* 10:00 am - 2:00 pm* Start and end times can be flexiblePay Rate:* $20 - $28/Hour* Depending on experienceLocation:* San Antonio TX 78217ABOUT US:FirstOption Workforce Solutions exists to help people build better lives and we sincerely appreciate your interest in joining our team.
