Senior Cost Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000 to $130,000 per year.Job Description:Perform month-end closing process and review the account reconciliationsMaintain, report, and reconcile inventory and cost of sales accounting recordsAnalyze and review the inventory sub-ledgers and general ledgerReview manufacturing overhead analysis and calculation for inventoryPrepare flux analysis for inventory, accrued liabilities, cost of sales and other assigned general ledger accountsQualifications:Strong knowledge of the manufacturing process from raw material to finished goods and cost of salesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, and accounting software's (SAP and ERP) preferredExperience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years' experience of public or private industry cost accountingREF49825#LI-POST
