FP&A Analyst (Manager)

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $150,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processesPartner with department heads to develop budgets that align with Company initiativesMonitor industry forecasts and conduct market research to provide effective business intelligence and insightsAssist in audits and general ledger preparationQualifications:Excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listeningIntermediate to Advanced experience with business technology, including accounting software, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.Ability to efficiently and effectively use Microsoft Office applicationsExperience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' relevant experienceREF49829#LI-POST
