Senior Fund Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $105,000 to $120,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Review and approve fund investor allocations, contribution and withdrawal activity, management and incentive fee calculations, and investor capital statementsAssist with the annual financial statements auditsAssist the tax function with review of K-1s and other tax reportingProvide coaching to junior team membersIdentify and implement process improvements across the accounting functionProactively initiate and participate in the execution of ad hoc projectsQualifications:Proficiency in Excel requiredFamiliarity with data processing and analytical toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 2-3 years of professional public/private industry experience in the asset management industryREF49797#LI-POST
