Come meet us and you be the judge.WHO WE NEEDThe Valet Manager is responsible for the supervision and oversight of valet parking and garage operations of a high-end hotel, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the location. This position will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate parking operations efficiently and professionally.Review and establish operational guidelines, security, cash control, and customer service procedures are met and exceeded.Strong financial management of budgets and goals, able to lead our operation from its valet ramp all the way up to its balance sheet.Ensure systems are operational twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.Set a positive and professional example for workforce.Superior attention to detail in maintaining the cosmetic appearance near company branded stations.Assign specific tasks as they arise to the staff according to rotation sequence.Promote a confident staff through mentorship of hotel services, features, and amenities.Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve issues to maintain high guest satisfaction.Manages scheduling, overtime for associates under direct supervision, tip reporting, and timekeeping.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and development of personnel as necessary.IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS3+ years management or supervisory experience in the service industry.Experience with Microsoft Access, Teams, or similar is a plus.Knowledge and ability to audit all aspects of the operation.Aptitude to remain calm in busy situations.Superior organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.Knowledge of business acumen.Elite communication skills.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSA bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience.Experience in leading workforce teams of both professional and frontline employees.Experience in financial reporting and budget responsibility.BENEFITS WE OFFER18 days of Recharging your Battery (PTO)Paid Parental LeaveVolunteer Time Off (VTO)Paid holidaysBereavementMedical, Dental, VisionFlexible and health spending accountsShort term disabilityCritical illness and accident benefitsLife insurance, tuition reimbursement401(k) and more are available to eligible Team MembersTheres also the opportunity to work with a genuinely awesome team of co-workersProfessionalism, mutual respect, and a sense of humor are traits we value and exhibit.
