If this sounds like you, keep reading and we'll dive into the specifics!SUMMARY:The Director of Loan Sales and Servicing will be responsible for overseeing the servicing operations across our residential, consumer and commercial portfolios. This includes Addition Financial originated loans as well as loans purchased and/or sold to and from other financial institutions. This person's expertise will drive the efficiency, accuracy and compliance of our loan servicing activities while maintaining an exceptional level of member service.Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop and implement a comprehensive loan servicing strategy for mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans. This includes escrow, collateral protection insurance, solar loan servicing, titles, hardship workouts and secondary market oversight.• Provide leadership and direction to the loan servicing team.• Manage the end-to-end loan servicing process, including payment processing, claims processing, escrow administration, participation management and member inquiries.• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve loan servicing processes and enhance the member experience.• Maintain a deep understanding of federal and state regulations governing loan servicing, including but not limited to RESPA, TILA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.• Champion the use of data analytics and business intelligence to drive informed decision making and process enhancement.• Ensure loan sale strategies are properly executed through Brokers and/or secondary market.• Ensure reporting and remittance of all reports and payments are received on time and accurate to any third-party investors.• Work with Accounting to ensure proper oversight and management of all purchased loan participations and sold participations. This includes reporting and remitting on these loans.• Mange call metrics for servicing team to ensure all calls are answered and responded to within the acceptable guidelines established by the credit union.• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance servicing operations.• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures related to loan servicing.• Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio quality, and strategic initiatives to senior management.• Performs such other duties as assigned.• Work directly with state and federal regulators as well as any external audit firms to ensure compliance with all loan servicing rules and regulations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7 years in loan servicing with an emphasis on mortgage servicing and investor reporting, with at least 5 in a leadership role.Strong understanding of loan servicing laws and regulations.Proven track record of process improvement and optimizing operational efficiency.Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and market trends.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Working With Us:We're continually recognized as a top employer because we understand people like you want more out of your career.
