TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring drivers (no CDL required).Starting Pay-$16.00/hr +TipsWhat We OfferOpportunities to earn commission during interstate and intrastate moves.3 pay raise opportunities during the first 90 days with bi-annual performance reviews thereafter.Paid time off after 1 Year of employment.Shift Information: Monday through Saturday operation beginning at 8am. Shifts are scheduled on an as needed basis, based on demand.Paid training!Travel Opportunities!If you do not currently have a chauffeur driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license.What You'll DoGreet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongings.Working with a team of movers, to safely load and unload moving truck.Accurately submit Digital Sales Orders receive payments.Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck.What We're Looking ForMust be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.Must be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug-screen, MVR and background check.Must possess leadership qualitiesStamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.Strong problem-solving ability.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.*Note: This job posting is for eligible DRIVERS only.
