OverviewUse license plate recognition equipment to scan plates, do some surveillance, laptop research, and work with our team of repossession agents to secure our clients collateral.DescriptionThe Camera Car Driver and Field Investigator plays a vital role for NARServices. They help recover vehicles and other assets for our clients. They work closely with recovery agents to locate and secure our clients collateral utilizing leading edge technology.The Work You Will Do (Essential Functions)You will use License Plate Recognition equipment to scan license plates, engage in heavy surveillance, infield interviews, laptop research, and work collaboratively with our team of recovery agents to safely locate and secure our clients collateral. The work is outdoors, often driving a vehicle, and hours vary.The spotter may work some days in the lot to support operations by keeping inventory and completing redemptions.Competencies* Ability to act in a discreet manner* Computer and smart phone Savvy* Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate with customers, employees and vendors.* Reliable, good attendance, good work ethic, and high integrity* Good communication, Analytical and street knowledge skills* Clean, professional appearanceEducation and Experience* High School Diploma or a G.E.D. with a continuous record of learning* Must be 21 years of age to insure* Must pass drug and background* Must have a valid driver license and good driving record* Preferably experience in skip tracing, field locating, private investigations, or auto repossessions strongly preferred and would be beneficial* Experience working in an outside environment without direct supervisionBenefits:* Competitive compensation package which includes hourly pay plus bonus.* Paid Training* 401K* Industry leading equipment* Room for advancementPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
