Compile periodic financial reporting packages for senior management. Oversee general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, and cash management. Administer all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications.Internal AuditManage auditors and the required company auditing processProvide monthly and annual revenue reportsBudgetsAccountable for annual expense budget maintenance, review and forecastReconciliation of monthly expenses and reportsReconciliation of monthly expenses and reportsPayroll ProcessingReview and approve Department payrollTime & Attendance biometric software and websiteGeneral AccountingMaintain general ledgers including journal entriesComplete month and year end reporting requirementsMonthly Parker BillingOversee invoicing and collection of monthly parkers and reporting and reconciliationQualifications:Salary Range: $65,000/yearBenefits: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least four years of professional accounting experiencePrior management/supervisory experienceAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, v-lookups, If-Then statements, etc.) a requiredStrong data analysis and research skillsetWorking knowledge of Quicken or AS40010-KeyProven ability to review financial/accounting statements, experience with contractsHave demonstrated experience entering data with attention to detail;Have exceptional mathematic capabilities and create complicated spreadsheets;Possess excellent written and communication abilities;Carry out all accounting procedures with speed and accuracy.Experience with Workforce Now, or other web-based/computerized payroll systemAbility to maintain a cohesive work relationship with the client, managers and office staffAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyDeadline-orientedMath Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in units of measure, including but not limited to, whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsReasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
