They are the first person to greet and welcome our clients and customers, and the last person they'll interact with upon departure. Responsibilities:Greet and welcome parking customers, aiming to maintain the highest level of UPP's "Guest Experience"Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clientsProvide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient mannerExplain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrivalEffectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clientsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal lawsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Requirements:Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the dayMust provide excellent customer serviceAbility to lift, push and pull at least 50 poundsMust possess a current drivers' license and maintain a clean driving recordMust have a good work ethic and be a team playerMust maintained and groomed, professional appearanceMust be at least 18 years of age and willing to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check (if hired for driving position)Benefits:Both part & full-time employees accrue paid time off beginning on their first shift.
