This is a hybrid role whose responsibility is to manage the tax practice, set policy, review returns, collaborate with our business services teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the tax team- training, developing and ensuring CPE goals are metReview work of the team including partnership, s-corporation, trust, and personal income tax returnsSet Guidelines, Policies and ProceduresManage metrics for staff (billable time) and tax services (revenue, growth and profitability) as a whole - managing, monitoring and reviewing business operations and marginEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:?Bachelor's degree in accountingCertified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standingQuickBooks experienceMinimum 10-15 years experience as a CPA in public accounting and/or industry5-10 years supervisory and review experienceCCH Prosystems, CCH Axcess Workflow (XCM), Microsoft Office#IND
